Let’s Step Into a New Future Together

The success of Entryway relies on engagement from property management companies, local service providers, corporate funders, and individuals who want to get involved and make a difference to help end homelessness. Whether you are an employer that has job openings, an organization that serves those financially at risk or housing insecure, a corporate or foundation funder, or an individual who just wants to help, we would love to have you as part of the Entryway team.

Corporate Sponsorship

Is your company looking to invest in an innovative solution providing a win-win impact in the local communities where your employees work and live?

Entryway is a unique opportunity to contribute to a program that serves the economic and social good of local communities. There are a variety of ways Entryway corporate sponsors can support our mission through short-term and/or long-term financial contributions, consulting, in kind goods and services, or company fundraising events.

We would love to speak with you about your corporate social responsibility goals and how we can partner together to make a meaningful difference.

Please contact Kristen Poteet, Vice President of External Affairs, at kpoteet@entrywaytalent.org or 703-634-6130.

“The difference with Entryway’s program is their innovative approach of attacking the issue of homelessness through a business model that creates a win-win solution. It’s an initiative founded within our industry that provides meaningful social and economic impact.”

Multifamily Industry Partners

Are you looking for high-quality individuals excited to begin a career in the apartment industry? Tired of dealing with constant turnover in your entry-level positions?

Join the growing number of multifamily owners and operators who have experienced the benefits of hiring through Entryway.

Entryway staff works within the local community where we operate to identify individuals at risk of or experiencing situational homelessness who have the skills sought after for entry-level apartment positions.

Applicants to Entryway are vetted through screenings, in-depth interviews, and background checks. Once approved for our program, individuals receive a range of support services, including customized career training, soft skills training, job coaching, and more. Participants hired by our industry partners are provided with on-site housing at a discounted rate to assist them in their transition back to economic self-sufficiency.

Entryway staff is present every step of the way through this life-changing transition, providing regular support to participants for a full year from their hire date. Entryway is always available to address any questions or concerns industry partners may have throughout the process.
